iNova Pharmaceuticals markets and sells a range of market leading and trusted non-prescription pharmacy products and prescription medicine in over 20 countries across Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
They were looking to elevate its digital marketing through firstly understanding its current digital activity with a focus on SEO, SEM and owned digital platforms, then upskilling the marketing team across APAC in search marketing and content marketing.
Re/Digital carried out a Search Engine Marketing audit to research and report search activity trends and volume in the Sore Throat, Cough and Therapeutic Skincare categories across different markets. This included research on their brands – Difflam, DuroTuss and DermaVeen as well as their competitors. We presented the research and helped the team to understand the highest bidded terms and potential long tails term for the 3 categories. We also identified current gaps and opportunities and gave recommendations to carry out following the audit.
Re/Digital also carried out a Search Engine Optimisation Audit for the Difflam Singapore brand and its key competitors. We worked with their webmaster responsible for their website to ensure the SEO best practices were in place for Difflam in Singapore. After the audit, we provided recommendations on the content direction of their website to improve their search engine optimisation.
Two digital training sessions covering content marketing and search marketing were also carried out with the Marketing Directors and Product Managers from 5 different markets. The training sessions were specifically tailored to iNova’s product categories to ensure the greatest relevance to the teams.
