Johnson & Johnson invested in the Japanese skincare brand Dr Ci Labo and wanted to integrate the brand into the existing Johnson & Johnson business across Asia.
Re/Digital developed the digital marketing strategy for this digital-first brand for Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This included developing the overarching digital marketing approach incorporating content marketing, media planning, creative ideas for digital, ecommerce and CRM.
We were also tasked to project manage the workstreams of a large number of other agency partners for their input into the project, which included the regional creative and media agency partners and technology partners Google and Facebook. We created a digital marketing strategy which successfully integrated the Dr Ci Labo brand into the extensive J&J suite of brands as their flagship digital brand going directly to consumers.
