Client’s Challenge

Johnson & Johnson was looking to elevate their digital marketing to the next level in key markets across Asia, as well as incorporate the latest in digital marketing techniques from key partners Google and Facebook. They required a partner to plan and develop the training sessions in multiple markets, and were looking for a partner who could create a workshop taht was not just theoretical, but directly actionable after the trainings.

Our Solution

Re/Digital worked with the regional J&J marketing team and the local marketing directors in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to plan and create actionable training workshops with the marketing teams in those markets. We planned and facilitated training workshops covering the latest digital trends, social media marketing, content marketing, search marketing, mobile marketing and digital strategy development. This included working with Google, Facebook and other local tech partners to deliver learning relevant to the market and worked on live briefs to develop actionable post-workshop outcomes.
